To make bioremediation easier Simon has led the development of Australian manufacturing of world leading remediation products to complement Micronovo's range of bioaugmentation cultures for chlorinated solvents (such as PCE, TCE, CF and DCA). This range now includes:

• Micronovo's ActiTPH Bioremediation nutrient solution for rapid biostimulation of petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) bacteria in soil or water;

• Terus Environmental's Advanced EDS (Electron Donor Solution) for reductive dechlorination of PCE, TCE, 1,2DCA and CF contaminated groundwater;

• DeltaNova's IronGEL suspension (the best/easiest to use ZVI suspension available worldwide)

• TerraKleen's Enretech Remediator for trap/treat bioremediation of refined petroleum spills on soil (utilises Micronovo's AusRPH bioaugmentation culture mix and nutrients with a cellulose absorbent to trap the hydrocarbons and moisture).

Whilst continuing to expand Micronovo's bioremediation products, services and solutions for oil, fuel, and chlorinated solvents, Simon is also focussed on driving bioremediation of recalcitrant contaminants of concern such as gas works soil (PAHs, especially benzo(a)pyrene), aged crude oil contaminated soil (ex oil refineries and oil production facilities), PCB contaminated soil (leaks from old electical transformers); pesticide contaminated agricultural land (dieldrin, aldrin, endosulfan, etc); and dioxins.
